At DevSolutions, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be issued.


1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

All digital goods sold by DevSolutions are non-refundable once they have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, due to their intangible nature.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped or the digital product has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
